Who is Rill the Otter?

Rill the otter is my very first Original Character, which I designed all the way back in 2023, for a high school project. He and his world were in production for a few years, and I eventually let the project rest in 2025.

Rill the Otter lives on Toko island with his best friend, Aquents the Frog. They get swept to the depths of the Toko city due to a freak chemical enhanced wave from the nearby factory. They must find their way home whilst having the owner of the factory pay for the damage to the natural environment!

I also made my own Sonic FanGame About Rill the Otter! As I'm sure you've figured out, my coding isn't the best, so the game's pretty barebones as of now, and probably forever. Feel free to rate it though! love hearing from people!
